Enhance Membership

The Enhance Membership tier at Couture Med Spa has a variety of membership benefits for only $99 a month which is extremely affordable when comparing the average industry pricing for all the services included.

With the Enhance Membership, clients at Couture Med Spa will receive:

• Discount pricing on neurotoxin injections such as Botox and Dysport at a $7.97 per unit rate compared to $9.97 per unit rate for non-member pricing
• Clients will receive 20% off fillers
• Clients will receive 10% off medical grade skin care products
• Clients get 1 laser treatment of their choice as long as they are a candidate for the laser after consultation with one of our providers. Clients can choose either: Fractional Laser, IPL Laser, Laser Hair Removal, Tattoo Removal, or Vein Removal as their one laser treatment for the month.

*With the membership there is a $99 startup fee for the membership as well as the $99 monthly fee for 12-month commitment. There is a one-time annual fee that is determined at the time of signing up for membership. The annual fee is the price of membership ($99) and covers spa maintenance, new laser technology, etc.

Enrich Membership

The Enrich Membership tier at Couture Med Spa has a little bit more options for clients who want to utilize more of our spa services.

This membership is $149 a month which again is extremely affordable when comparing the average industry costs of the laser treatments and all services included. With the Enrich Membership, clients at Couture Med Spa receive:

• Discount pricing on neurotoxin injections such as Botox and Dysport at a $7.97 per unit rate compared to $9.97 per unit rate for nonmember pricing
• Clients will receive 20% off fillers
• Clients will receive 10% off medical grade skin care products
• Clients get 2 laser treatment of their choice as long as they are a candidate for the laser after consultation with one of our providers. Client can choose to do either: fractional laser, IPL laser, laser hair removal, tattoo removal, and vein removal as their two laser treatments for the month with this membership.

Empower Membership

“Treat yourself” to the Couture Med Spa Empower Membership! This is the ultimate gift for a loved one or yourself for the holidays.

With this membership, clients will receive exclusive membership benefits for only $199 a month. With the Empower Membership, clients at Couture Med Spa will receive:

• Discount pricing on neurotoxin injections such as Botox and Dysport at a $7.97 per unit rate compared to $9.97 per unit rate for nonmember pricing
• Clients will receive 20% off fillers
• Clients will receive 10% off medical grade skin care products
• Clients will receive a Couture Facial once a month which is exclusive to clients in this membership
• Clients will receive a B12 skinny energy shot once a month
• Clients get 8 laser treatment of their choice as long as they are a candidate for the laser after consultation with one of our providers. Client can choose between fractional laser, IPL laser, laser hair removal, tattoo removal, and vein removal as choices for their 8 lasers for the month as long as verified a candidate by provider with this membership.

With the membership there is a $0.00 startup fee. This membership has a $199 monthly fee for a 12-month commitment. One of the most amazing benefits of this membership is that once the 12-month commitment is filled, this membership drops down to only $99 for all the membership benefits! With all our memberships there is a one-time annual fee that is determined at the time of signing up for membership. The annual fee is the price of membership ($199) and covers spa maintenance, new laser technology, etc.

There is a prorate fee for the month that varies depending on what day of the month the client signs up for membership. Couture Med Spa does 12-month commitment for memberships because all treatments take multiple sessions to see effective treatment results.
