When you come in for your consultation, you will be assessed by one of our highly trained providers. They will go over expectations and results to give you the best possible treatment. To help with comfort, you can be numbed prior to injections. The provider will assess your face to mark exactly where the product will be placed to ensure maximum efficacy and results. Ice will be applied right before injecting to assist with comfort as well. The injections themselves only take a few minutes. After the treatment, there is aftercare you will want to be aware of:

• Bruising, tenderness, and swelling may occur post-treatment and may last for a few days. Everybody is different so healing times will vary.
• There can’t be any pressure applied to the area for a minimum of 2 days. This includes facials or massages. You will want to sleep on your back as well. This ensures that the product stays exactly where the provider placed it.
• You want to refrain from working out for 2 days while the product settles.
• No lasers can be done on the face 2 weeks prior and 2 weeks after the filler.

Restylane Contour has been shown to last for up to 12 months, though results may vary based on multiple factors.
